There will be no refund or credit issued for any transaction older than 180 days.
There is no transfer of funds from one student to another.
For a prospective F-1 student, a refund of the full tuition paid will be paid if a visa application is denied. The original I-20 (2 pages) and/or Letter of Rejection from the American Consulate should be submitted to Nile Language School.
Refunds will be issued only upon presentation of payment receipt (or proof of payment), and the COMPLETE I-20 Form and/or Letter of Rejection from the American Consulate.
1 business day before classes begin, a full refund of the tuition paid can be made.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
After classes start, there MAY be a partial refund of tuition. (See the chart below.)
Students must have the same credit card they used for payment in order to get credit back for a refund.
In all cases the refund due is based on the pro-rated weekly rate full tuition for the entire course, not on the partial tuition paid by the student. The refund is calculated from the week that the student starts classes and also will be calculated from the day that the student informs Nile Language School of his/her cancellation of classes. A student’s attendance of even 1 day in any given week represents 1 full week.
The refund check will be issued to the person who made the payment. It may be picked up or mailed after the second Friday following the date the refund was requested. If the payment was made by credit card, the school will credit the appropriate amount back to the card within 3 business days.
