As part of Milkyway Education Center's commitment to promote student success and academic excellence, Nile Language School was established in July, 2010 to open its doors to adult learners. Milkyway Education Center is a non-profit educational organization established in Northern New Jersey in 1993. The organization is dedicated to supporting education with a mission that incorporates teaching, research, creative activity and community service. This came alive through the inception of the Pioneer Academy of Science, an independent private school that provides education to students from Pre-K through 12. The school’s aim is to prepare students for advanced study, productive citizenship and careers in an increasingly global economy and technological world.
Nile Language School opened its location in East Rutherford on November 1, 2010. Nile Language School pledges to extend Milkyway’s commitment to provide a well-rounded educational experience to students. In order to achieve this goal, an ESL curriculum was designed to provide adult learners with success in language education while enjoying their learning experience. Nile Language School has successfully served the adult community in the area by providing the necessary listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to prepare students to work professionally in an English-speaking environment, proceed to a US college/university where English is the medium of instruction, and to confidently communicate in places where English is spoken.
Nile Language School envisions eventually providing more programs that will further benefit adult learners.
